The Community Fitness ToolKit provides resources to:

  • Help fitness leaders build capacity in attracting and retaining fitness participants of various ages;
  • Help parents enroll children and youth in fitness activities that match their interests and ability; and
  • Offer fitness leaders advice about moving barriers, developing skills, and enhancing motivation for life-long participation in fitness activities.
